Cooking up Fun Summer Events in Park City!
Summer time is an amazing season in Park City. We are blessed with mellow weather, starry mountain nights, and humidity free sunny days for the most part during this time of year, which makes it an exceptional time to fire up the grill and BBQ! Whether you decide to allow one of Park City’s award winning culinary teams whip up the BBQ for you, or you prefer to create your own grilled masterpiece at your luxury vacation home, there are plenty of options to enjoy a down-home BBQ Park City style!

This summer, Chef Zane at Stein Eriksen Lodge has combined his efforts with multiple Utah craft beer brewers to create the new Brew & BBQ series each Tuesday evening. Hops on the Hill is a brand new festival that takes place throughout the summer months up at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley. Each event features beer tasting by some of Utah’s award winning breweries, and each taste is paired with some of Chef Zane’s BBQ creations. To add even a little more spice to the evening, guests are treated to a free concert on the lawn at Stein’s. The series kicked off on July 17th, however, there are plenty of more opportunities for you to indulge in true gourmet BBQ! The event begins at 4:30PM, and the concert starts at 6PM.

 Beats & BBQ at Canyons Resort Canyons Resort also offers another festive BBQ event, Friday Night Beats & BBQ, which is held each Friday evening beginning at 6PM. New for the 2012 summer season, Canyons Resort will be hosting a weekly Friday Night Beats & BBQ concert series. Each week a new musical act will bring the beats as Canyons chefs bring the zest with tasty BBQ options from their award winning restaurant collection. Each Friday will not only include great food and music, but also all sorts of fun activities - what a fantastic way to get your weekend started! Free parking is available at the Sundial lot. which is within easy walking distance to the event. The concert schedule is as follows:

After the BBQ, relax and enjoy the ski resort views in your very own hot tub on the deck.
