The Silver Belle Duplex is located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Lowell Avenue. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. The sleeping capacity for both units combined is 24!

Each unit is approximately 2000 square feet and has 4 levels, with nearly exact floor plans. The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main; this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite.

Both units have their own private hot tub and 2 car garage.

This unit (1115) has a loft located on the level above the living room. The other unit, #1117, also has a loft as well as a den on the main level.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals with top quality cookware throughout.
