With 4 bedrooms, a loft and 4 bathrooms, this dream property is a great remodel in the Lower Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge area.  Room for 16+ guests with its amazing 3,700 Square Feet of space, it’s only about a 6-8 minute walk to Deer Valley Resort and Snowpark Lodge.  Right next to the FREE bus line making the Ski Resort only minutes away!  Since the renovations to our property, it now has unobstructed great views of the Deer Valley ski slopes and the brand new 5-star St. Regis Hotel.  It has also been greatly upgraded and contains new flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, a theater system in the family room, rustic bar, FREE high-speed WIFI, and a large private Jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful ski slopes.

Just 10 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and 15 minutes from the Canyons Ski Resort, you can use the FREE shuttle system that drives around about every 20 mins, day and night, to visit these amazing locales.

It is unbelievable that you can fly into Salt Lake City International Airport and be skiing within 30 to 45 minutes in Deer Valley. It really is that great and simple!

Our property is right next to scenic walking trails that go past lakes, mountains, and sometimes wildlife like deer, moose, and elk.
