No. 1—Summit County Fair-August 7-13
Come out to nearby Coalville and enjoy a hometown rodeo. This traditional rodeo features cowboys and bucking broncos, a midway carnival, rodeo queens, flower, canned goods, vegetables and so much more.
You can enjoy a wine, beer, and spirit gardens, exhibitions, and of course all the rodeo events that make up this spectacular annual event
No. 2—Outdoor Concerts
There are plenty of concerts to enjoy and some are FREE! Check these out:
August 7 – Mike Posner, Deer Valley at the Snow Park Lodge Amphitheater
August 9 – A Gershwin Celebration featuring Michael Feinstein, Deer Valley at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater
August 10 – Badfeather, Presented by Mountain Town Music, Deer Valley at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater
August 12 – Corney, Mojo’s Patio at the Park City Base Area
August 13 – Bill & Dianne, PayDay Pad, Legacy Lodge, Park City Base Area

No. 3—Tour of Utah – August 7
Watch the last leg of the exciting Tour of Utah as it finishes on historic Main Street. Park City is the start and finishing site for the challenging final phase. You’ll enjoy festivities all day long including live music, food, drink and much more.
No. 4—Kimball Arts Festival-August 12-14
This wonderful weekend full of activities and arts is one of the largest fundraisers for the Kimball Arts Center. During this event you’ll be regaled by juried artists, along with live musical entertainment all along historic Main Street. There are kids activities and some of the best food around. Don’t miss the “Festival After Dark” where you can have some night life fun after the festival closes.
No. 5—And Plenty More
There are plenty of other great events and activities during this wonderful August week. For instance, visit the Wednesday Farmers’ Market to pick up some delicious local flavors. Visit the Olympic Park and take a ride on the zipline, the bobsled or other thrilling rides.
