This has been lauded as one of the top places in the country to get fresh lobster rolls. Yup, you read that right: lobster in Utah. The lobster for the menu items arrives from the shores of Maine within 24 hours. The lobster rolls are traditional and the star attraction, served in a split top bun and drizzled with butters. You can enjoy those classic lobster rolls, along with soups, salads, and sandwiches.
Firewood on Main is one of the newest entrants on Main Street, and brings new, unique flavors to the area. All menu selections are cooked by firewood, and offer bold flavors. You’ll love the new luxurious and rich, yet welcoming environment.
