Park City plays host to many great events during the holidays. You can visit with Santa Claus on his annual visit to Deer Valley. Watch the traditional torchlight parade and Christmas Eve Celebration at Park City Mountain Resort, where you can enjoy hot chocolate and cookies. Then you can watch the Resort’s ski and snowboard school come down the PayDay trail holding vibrant and colorful torches.
Enjoy some films or theatre. This year, you can catch “Who’s Bad? The Ultimate Michael Jackson Tribute” at the historic Egyptian Theatre. Enjoy a holiday concert featuring Kurt Bestor, also at the Egyptian Theatre.
Visit the Zoo
Take a short drive to Salt Lake City and enjoy Hogle Zoo’s ZooLights. This holiday attraction is where wild life meets wild lights. You can stroll the grounds of the zoo, which has been decorated with more than one million lights in trees, around railings, and more than 250 animated displays.
