This three-bedroom Park City vacation home is the perfect retreat for your entire family in the mountains. Relax in the warmth of the private hot tub, or bask in the glow of the fireplace during your next getaway. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Park City, enjoy the peace and quiet of being removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
This child and pet friendly home has an open concept main level has everything you could want. A gorgeous hardwood dining table allows seating for six and the reclining sofa provides luxurious moments for gathering or watching the 65 inch LED TV. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has granite countertops, stainless steel JennAir appliances, oven, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator, and of course the gas grill on the upstairs balcony! From the kitchen you can access the pantry with lots of storage space, the brand new washer and dryer, as well as the door to the two-car garage. The garage has convenient cubby storage for all your snow and outdoor gear, and a rack for skis and snowboards.
This home offers two-levels, 1,992 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and can sleep up to six guests.
You will enter the property through the garage or the front door, and will then be in main level living area, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Comfy furnishings include a recliner sofa and chair, cozy gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV with DirecTV, and access to the patio where you will find expansive surrounding views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Jenn-Air appliances, including a four-burner gas range. There is also a wonderful kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for six.
Family/Bonus Room (lower level): The downstairs family room has a 75 inch LED TV with a PS4, comfy wrap around reclining leather couch, work desk with chair, and a door out to the private hot tub.

Master bedroom (main level) — Boasts a King bed, 43” Smart TV with DirecTV programming, direct access to the balcony, the en suite bath has two sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a sizable walk-in closet.
