The great room - living room, kitchen and dining area - are located on the third level and offer plenty of amenities. The living room has comfortable and contemporary furnishings, along with a cozy gas fireplace, a 50" Smart TV on a full swivel mount, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
In the kitchen, you will be surrounded by high-end touches, including appliances such as a Wolf 4-burner gas range and a SubZero refrigerator. There are marble countertops and kitchen bar seating. There is also a separate dining area with a table and seating for 8-10 diners.
The grand master suite is located on the fifth level and offers a king size bed, a marble fireplace, TV, and a full bathroom featuring a steam shower and jetted tub. Step out onto the Juliette balcony for a breath of fresh air and great views.
The second master is located on the home’s fourth level and has a queen bed, television and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The private deck has a soothing hot tub.
