Throughout the summer, you can enjoy everything from festivals to outdoor concerts. The Kimball Arts Festival is a wonderful way to get out and see artist performing from around the country and enjoy some tasty food fare. The Deer Valley Music Festival and the Big Stars Bright Nights Concert Series at Deer Valley brings big-name and local entertainers to the slopes. While Park City is home to the famous Sundance Institute during the winter, you can enjoy some great films during the summer. The Sundance Institute and the Park City Film Series both offer great film showings throughout the summer. Some of these are free and open to the public!
Explore Some History
Park City has its roots as a silver mining town and you can see the character of this throughout the city. Head to the Park City Museum to explore the rich history of our town. There are historic walking tours that are perfect for history and architecture buffs. For those who enjoy a bit of spookiness, there’s even a ghost tour.
Imbibe in Local Spirits
Park City offers plenty of bars, breweries and other establishments to whet your whistle. Check out Wasatch Brew Pub or Squatters for locally brewed beers. The High West Distillery is a wonderful distillery, salon, and restaurant where you can enjoy some wonderful spirits and great food.
