Job Title: Guest Reservations

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Park City, UT
Scheduled Start Date: August 1, 2011

Qualifications: A minimum of high school equivalency is required, along with at least one-year experience in customer service and / or phone reservations sales and management. The candidate should possess polished and professional written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities: The role of the Guest Reservation Agent includes but is not limited to:

• Professionally Assist Guests Courteously with Reservations by Phone (using our established script)
• Use Property Management System to Enter Reservations accurately and according to our standardized procedure
• Process and Coordinate Mail • Use Rooming Lists to Organize Reservation Requests and Information
• Internet responsibilities
• Process Travel Agent Requests
• Assist Sales and Reception including Follow-up with Guest Needs
• Accommodate the Needs of Guests
• Email and Faxing as needed
• Manage and Direct all In-Bound Calls
• Other Duties as Assigned In addition the role of the Guest Reservations Agent includes daily tasks that support and assist with the long-term goals and objectives of the department. The Agent will also work to execute and maintain the Montage Deer Valley Vision, Mission and Corporate Values while working to actively achieve defined objectives and goals. Excellent customer service and superior telephone etiquette is essential.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Park City, UT
Scheduled Start Date: December 1, 2011

Qualifications: The candidate must have completed both secondary school and post-secondary training or equivalent. In addition, two to four years of experience in a relevant experience is required. Both communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills must be excellent. Must be qualified in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have exceptional clerical skills and phone skills.

Primary Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:

• Act as liaison between supervisor and their direct reports
• Distribute and request distribution of information for department
• Manage meeting schedules and MS Outlook calendar
• Schedule travel, teleconferences and appointments as well as videoconference meetings
• Prepare Documents (format and type), Reports, Spreadsheets, (including review and signature completion as required), Presentation material
• Arrange equipment for Meetings and Arrange external meeting venues
• Produce standard materials of high-quality
• Manage correspondence including the formatting and distribution
• Maintain record-keeping system (hard copy and electronic versions)
• Purchase office supplies using Oracle or e-Procure Systems
• Handle all telephone communication and messages for the Director’s office
• Manage the general office duties including photocopies, catering and restocking The position also requires the handling of confidential information, including personnel issues. This includes employee time sheets and requests for leave of absences. The position also requires dealing with staffing issues, employment records and managing training records.

Job Title: Python Programmer / Server Administration

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Park City, UT
Scheduled Start Date: December 1, 2011

Qualifications: We are seeking a Python Developer / Server Administrator fulltime to manage implementation of upgrades and maintenance on 3 websites in the vacation rentals vertical. Requirements: 3 years’ experience in:
• Python
• MySQL
• XML
• Basic LAMP system administration
• Basic Server administration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain full functioning websites and ensure maximum uptime of websites during peak and off-season.
• Build modules and features into our reservations management system, which is the framework behind all three websites.
• Integrate and implement changes to the framework necessitating future upgrades and additions.
• Manage server upgrades and security on the websites.
