While Park City is probably best known for its premier winter sports, there are so many other great recreational hot spots in town. You can find everything from bowling to stand up paddle boarding. Here’s a look at some of our off-slope favorites.

Jupiter Bowl

Jupiter Bowl in Kimball Junction’s Newpark Center touts itself as an “Upscale Entertainment Center” and it does not disappoint. As it name says, it is mainly a bowling alley, but it offers much more. You’ll find 12 concourse lanes and four private lanes, all offering state-of-the-art bumpers and pinsetters. There’s even a special program for the younger ones in your bowling group.

This is also a great way to enjoy some sports. Jupiter Bowl is home to Park City’s largest television screening area with a 70’ video wall complete with flat screen TVs. You can enjoy a full food and beverage menu while enjoy your favorite sports programming.

The arcade features all sorts of games for anyone of any age including Air Hockey Guitar Here, Big Buck Hunter and much more

Park City Gun Club

If you want to try something outside the box, try the Park City Gun Club. This facility provides a friendly, exciting indoor gun range and training center that offers the latest in gun and target technology. Whether you are a novice or an experienced shooter, Park City Gun Club offers a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can have fun.

There are twelve shooting lanes and several simulator rooms. There is also a tactical training area with a lounge area, offering food and beverage services.

The Park City Gun Club offers a large selection of guns for your use — everything from the most exotic to the very basic. Our experienced staff can help you choose the best weapon and no experience is required. And you can try out as many as you want!

Monkey Mountain

Monkey Mountain is a great way to spend some adult time away from the children. You can drop off the little ones for hourly childcare or you can come and play alongside your children. The establishment says that your children can “discover their inner monkeys” while they enjoy the 4,000 square foot Playland, offering interactive play options and a soft-play zone. There’s even a four-tier tree house structure for the climbers in the group. Adults can enjoy the parent’s lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, and a flat screen television.

Utah Adventure Center
