You can either eat in the restaurant or take your food to-go. Their salsa bar, with over a dozen homemade salsas, really makes El Chubasco stand out from other Mexican eateries in town.

 

Deer Valley Grocery Cafe

This cozy cafe is the perfect spot if you are looking for a quick and inexpensive meal. The cafe is located right off of Deer Valley Drive and has seating overlooking the lake. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner you can order food from the counter or choose from their premade entrees and desserts. Some of their specialties include the Lox Plate and their Skillet Fired Dutch Baby.

 

Sammy’s Bistro

Sammy’s Bistro is a great spot for a quick and delicious lunch. Located just off of Prospector Avenue, the bistro serves global fares for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bistro’s Chivito Club sandwich, inspired by a traditional Uruguayan sandwich, was featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives.

 

Freshies Lobster Co.

Winner of the 2017 World’s Best Lobster Roll, Freshies has been serving New England lobster to Park City since 2009. Originally a food truck, Freshies now as a brick and mortar store on Prospector Ave. You can stop by the restaurant to try their award-winning lobster roll or for a salad, sandwich, or soup inspired by the cuisine of New England. The restaurant still has their food truck, which you can find at events around town including the Park Silly Sunday Market.
