Park City Loft
Park City Ultimate Loft 4 is located right on Deer Valley Drive, a desirable community in Park City that is just minutes away from both the local slopes and Historic Main Street. A stay at this premier lodging will have you in the heart of Park City with everything around you.
Park City Ultimate Loft 4 is a more recent build in the neighborhood and completely shows on the exterior and interior of the Park City property. Guests will have access to the two car garage that is attached to the property to park your vehicles.
Entering Park City Ultimate Loft 4 is as easy as taking the small set of stairs that will lead you to the entrance. When you step inside you will find yourself in a cozy foyer where you can park all of your snow gear. Use the boot dryers and gear hooks to keep everything in tip top shape.
A double sided gas fireplace can be found in here and connects to the living room on the other side of the wall. A spacious and plush sofa will have you falling into comfort; a huge flat screen TV is mounted to the beautiful mahogany entertainment center that is adjacent to the fireplace.
Guests will take another short flight of steps to reach the gourmet kitchen and connecting dining room. Vacation properties should provide just as many luxury features in the kitchen as it does in the other rooms and Park City Ultimate Loft 4 does not disappoint. Here you will find beautiful granite countertops, commercial size stainless steel appliances, and fine cabinetry stocked with all of the cookware you need. Store any bottles of wine or champagne in the separate wine fridge.
The separate kitchen island has barstool seating and is perfectly designed to host a weekend brunch. The dining room provides a natural wood dining room table with room for everyone, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and sliding patio door that has beautiful views of the neighborhood.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Park City Ultimate Loft 4 features a total of three bedrooms that are each separate master suites. These rooms are the definition of luxury with plush king size mattresses fitted with fine linens, sofa sleepers, 50” Smart TVs, work areas, and private en suite bathrooms. Each private bathroom has a jetted soaking tub along with a walk-in shower.
These rooms are all located on the floors above the main level where guests can find the living room and gourmet kitchen. Private laundry closets allow guests to keep track of any clothing or gear they need washed during their stay. Two half bathrooms are also located in the Park City property. The first being located by the entryway to the garage and the second near the rooftop entrance.

Deer Valley Resort’s Snowpark is less than a mile away providing some of the best winter sport conditions in the city.
You are perfectly positioned to experience the Deer Valley ‘Expanded Excellence’ terrain. With the recent addition of over 3,700 acres of new skiable terrain and the new village portal, staying on the Deer Valley Drive side provides the fastest access to the classic Snow Park base while remaining minutes from the new East Village developments via US-40.
Grocers and liquor stores are also very close so you can find everything you need from meal ingredients to wine. For supplies, The Market at Park City and Whole Foods are a short 5-minute drive or bus ride away.
If you’re looking for local spirits, the High West Distillery on Park Ave offers retail sales, but remember that Utah state liquor stores (like the one on Snow Creek Drive) remain the primary source for high-point wine and spirits and are closed on Sundays.
