However, only a few of our properties can be confidently described as a penthouse and Contempo on Main is just that. This luxurious home features all the modern amenities you want for a stay here in the area.
Guests will enter Contempo on Main from a private entrance located right on Main Street. A private hallway that is also shared with another unit will take you back to the entryway inside Contempo on Main. You will find a shared common room that connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen all into a shared single space. The room presents with an air of luxury as modern amenities surround you.
The living room space has plenty of room and comes with a plush sectional sofa. The gas fireplace is surrounded by lovely stone brick. A 65” Smart TV with cable programming is mounted and surrounded by a large centerpiece entertainment center. The décor on the walls is modern and provides a southwest ambience not atypical of Utah.
The dining room separates the living room and kitchen and features a table with room for 8 and a modern chandelier overhead. A mini bar is in the corner where you can whip up the perfect cocktail. The wine fridge can keep a bottle from a local taproom chilled just in time for dinner. But before you can sit down for your meal you will first need to prepare a feast.
The kitchen is a modern masterpiece that will rival many commercial kitchens in restaurants. The Wolf dual oven allows you to bake multiple items at once, while the SubZero refrigerator keeps your ingredients fresh and your local brews perfectly chilled.
The extended granite countertop provides plenty of space to lay it all out, and the cabinets come supplied with all the essential cookware you need for your meal. Contempo on Main has everything covered just like you would have back at home.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The comfort does not end in the common areas of the home at Contempo on Main either. Guests will find plenty of privacy and space within the 5 bedrooms in the home. Contempo on Main will easily accommodate up to 11 guests any given night across 5.5 bathrooms with its 2,905 square feet of space, ensuring no morning queues before hitting the slopes.
The grand master suite is found on the upper floor and is a luxury space with no equal. Here guests will find a plush king size bed, 50” Smart TV, plenty of natural lighting from the large window, a gas fireplace, and private access to the outdoor deck.
The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a dual vanity sink with a separate make up area. A bunk room is also found on the upper level perfect for children with its twin-over-twin bunk beds and additional twin bed; the room has access to a shared bathroom.
Another master suite is on the upper level with the same accommodations as the grand master suite but instead shares the full-size bathroom with the bunk room. The two remaining rooms are both master suits found on the main level of the home. One features a king-size bed while the other offers a queen size bed. Both rooms have an en suite bathroom and a 43” Smart TV. A half bathroom is also located on the main level nearby the common areas of the home.
Outdoor Amenities
The exciting features at Contempo on Main do not stop indoors. Guests will also find a private hot tub located on the upper-level deck. You will also find a gas BBQ grill perfect for grilling up some burgers or hosting an outdoor gathering.
