Located in the Snyderville area, you are just minutes from the Canyons Village base at Park City Mountain, offering quick access to over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain. Guests will step inside Park City Grand View and be instantly won over by the space and design of the home.
The hardwood floors will lead you back into the spacious living room that offers vaulted ceilings and a sense of luxury. Wildlife décor including trophies adorn the walls while plenty of natural lighting comes through the glass sliding doors. Guests will find plenty to relax with the plush sofas and armchairs. The room comes with a huge 85” Smart TV that has access to the complimentary Wi-Fi of the home.
What really makes the room stand out is the mosaic-tiled fireplace that is also accessed from the outdoor patio on the other side of the wall. Head further around the corner to find the gourmet kitchen waiting for you. Here guests will find professional-grade Thermador appliances, including a double oven and a 6-top gas stove, to make it a breeze to prepare and store any leftovers you have. The remaining two bedrooms each offer a queen size bed and huge Smart TV; the first guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo while the second guest room shares a Jack and Jill bedroom from the hallway.
There is also a “fourth” bedroom that can be accommodated in the den area. Here guests will find a full sleeper sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The room also comes with a spacious work desk in case you have any virtual meetings along with a Smart TV. The den shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the third guest bedroom.
