This Park City property is newly constructed and located high above Main Street on the second level of the Sotheby Building. You’ll find that it can accommodate up to 12 guests with its five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The home has a wonderful private entrance separate from the rest of the building to provide guests with privacy and security.
The master bedroom of this home is located on the upper level and has a king size bed and a private bath that features dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. Sit back and enjoy some quiet time with the 50-inch Smart TV and warm gas fireplace. This room opens out onto a roof top deck where you’ll find patio seating, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub.
Two other master bedrooms are also on this level. The first has a king bed, and the second a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and flat-screen televisions.
On the home’s main level, you’ll find another master bedroom complete with a king size bed. The final bedroom is a “bunk room,” featuring two custom bunk bed setups, making this room a great space for the younger set.
