Park City Wine Festival
It is time to “wine’d” down here in Park City as you sip on a delightful glass of wine. This fall you can come experience the Park City Wine Festival that brings together over 100 different wineries for a variety of smaller events. The Canyons Village Management Association presents this event each year that is always widely celebrated. This three-day event will have a variety of activities that you will be able to engage in.
The Grand Tastings is the main draw where you can sample a near endless selection of wine from the participating wineries. Participants are able to get in early too with the Early Access pass. The selection of wine is perfectly with delightful scenic views of the mountains in the backdrop. Live music will be on hand so you can dine the evening away or try out enjoyable small bites to pair with your wine. If you have someone in your group who is not a wine drinker, they can always grab a local beer or cocktail too. Your ticket covers all drinks and snacks at the Grand Tastings.
Additional events at the Park City Wine Festival are a joy as well. Wine is Blind is a fun blind wine tasting. The Best of Fest features some of exclusive wine and small bites for this smaller event. There will also be a variety of wine pairing dinners and reserve tastings too. make sure to keep an eye out on the outdoor events too such as seminars and guided hikes. The Park City Wine Festival will take place October 3rd through the 5th.
Howl O Ween
One of the biggest fall holidays is Halloween. Your kids will be extremely disappointed if they happen to miss out on some exciting Halloween activities during your stay. Make sure to take them over to Historic Main Street on Halloween to catch the Howl O Ween extravaganza. Travel and Leisure Magazine has named Howl O Ween as a top Halloween celebration in the country, and it is always a blast. This event combines costumed trick-or-treating for the kids and even allows your friendly canine companions to join in on the fun too. Gourmet treats for the pups will also be handed out along with candy for the kids. Participating merchants will be handing out candy along Historic Main Street, making sure the kids have a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience. The event runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM with Main Street vehicle traffic shutting down at 2:00 PM. Don’t miss out on this year’s Howl O Ween found only in Park City!
Live Entertainment at the Egyptian Theatre
Whenever you travel somewhere new, you might find the itch to check out some live entertainment in town. Park City is a renowned city and has many big-name artists make their way through each year. One of the most popular venues for artists to perform at is right in Downtown Park City at the Egyptian Theatre. This fall you will find quite a few different options for your live entertainment needs. Pam Tillis Trio will be performing on November 14 through the 16th. The Drifters will be hitting the stage October 18th through the 20th. You will find something for everyone when you check out the upcoming selection of performances at the Egyptian Theatre.
2024 Mountain Beer Festival
Beer lovers will rejoice when they find out the Mountain Beer Festival is making it was back to Park City this year! This annual festival is a two-day event over at Deer Valley Resort here in town. The 2024 Mountain Beer Festival will take place on September 14th and 15th from noon to 5:00 PM each day. You will get access to a variety of beer, chairlift access to the resort, live music, outdoor dining, and plenty of family friendly activities. This is one of the top beer festivals in the state of Utah!
