Each restaurant will up your expectations with grand buffets, prix fixe meals, or even the option to grab and go. For an Easter brunch complete with adult beverages, head on over to Boneyard Saloon.
They offer a special Easter Sunday brunch menu with breakfast favorites to order. You can also grab one of the house Bloody Marys that are a local favorite. For fine dining for Easter brunch, head on over to Riverhorse on Main. This Downtown Park City restaurant is one of the top fine dining restaurants and their brunch menu does not disappoint. Riverhorse on Main serves a tapas style from Easter brunch starting at 11:00 AM.
Tickets for the unlimited tapas brunch are $125 for adults (ages 13+) and $75 for children (ages 12 and under). A $50 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation.
If Easter brunch is too busy, head over at 5:30 PM for their full dinner service that is also exemplary. Make sure you place a reservation in advance no matter where you pick to eat!
Make Sure to Go Skiing and Snowboarding
Make sure to take advantage of your time here in Park City for Easter by visiting Park City Mountain. As mentioned, we offer the best winter sports in the state. The local resorts house many of our vacation rentals and have ski-in/ski-out features so you can easily hit the slopes as quickly as possible. Park City Mountain is a great spot for both experienced and novice skiers. You will find the mountain has multiple ski lifts that will take you up to slopes of various challenge levels.
More experienced riders can head over to the black diamonds while newer riders can stick to the bunny slopes and blue hills. Brand-new skiers will be able to take an introductory course with master level skiers. You will get all of the essentials to have you ready to hit the slopes in no time. You will also find an onsite rental shop where you can pick up skis, poles, boards, bindings, boots, and more for the day.
Or purchase some of the best gear so you can look your best heading down the slope. While many may think the end of March is late to ski, we typically have our skiing season continue until the end of April. You will still find powdery trails on Easter weekend, which falls on April 5 this year, as the resort typically stays open until the end of the first week of April. Don’t pass up this incredible opportunity!
Non-Denominational Services
Many families for Easter tend to attend a service to celebrate the religious holiday. You can still enjoy your Sunday Service for Easter when enjoying a weekend getaway to Park City. Deer Valley Resort continues its tradition of a non-denominational service at 2:00 PM at Sunset Cabin on Bald Mountain, conditions permitting. This one-hour service welcomes everyone’s faith in a single setting.
What makes this service so special is that it can only be reached by skiing. This means families will need to set out together on the slopes of Bald Mountain to make it to Sunset Cabin. You will be able to remember this unique setting for your service for years to come.
Brews and Tunes
Your Easter trip is also a great time to come check out unique spring events here in the area. This includes the Brews and Tunes Après Series right here at Deer Valley. From December 16th through April 8th they will also have a weekly event on Saturday from 2:30 to 5:30 PM.
Expect to find local craft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, après shot skis, and snacks to share. This event is geared towards adults but families are always welcome. You can catch Brews and Tunes on April 4th, the day before Easter Sunday, for your upcoming stay.
