Prospector Area
What is appealing about the Prospector area of Park City, is that you can find amazing dining experiences without the hustle and bustle of the Main Street area. You’ll find many locals dining in the Prospector neighborhood for just that reason, and also because some of Park City’s dining gems are located there.
Prime Steak & Sushi
This restaurant absolutely never disappoints. With a small, exceptional menu based on locally sourced items, it is the only restaurant in Park City that serves actual Prime rated beef. Sushi lovers will also thrill at the unique and fresh options prepared by Executive Sushi Chef Scott. Prime has an intimate dining room loaded with ambiance, and a lovely outdoor patio overlooking their herb garden and outdoor fireplace. Prime is truly a Park City ski town secret!

Good Karma
Just across Prospector Square from Prime is Good Karma. Known for their Indian Cuisine, they also offer delicious breakfasts and lunch as well. In the warmer months, Good Karma has a lovely outdoor patio area draped in trees and speckled with hummingbirds flitting about. If you fall in love with their curry, or other Indian favorites, you can find their Curry in a Hurry line in most Park City grocery stores to enjoy back at your place.

Sammy’s Bistro
Sammy’s is a great choice to enjoy some delicious Utah micro brews while enjoying unique and well-priced menu items. Blind Dog
A local’s favorite for many years, the Blind Dog offers two separate spaces within their restaurant that allow you to design your own dining experience. On one side, you can relax in a fine dining atmosphere and relish in ordering off of their fresh and inspired menu always including daily fresh fish specials. If diners are seeking a more causal experience, they may choose to head over to the well-appointed bar area. The bar area is where Blind Dog’s sushi bar is located, and has multiple flat screen TV’s for you to enjoy the big game. Both areas allow you to order off of the regular or sushi menu. Although they are known for their seafood, Blind Dog also offers fantastic steak dishes as well. Make sure you grab a couple of their homemade cookies out of the cookie jar as you head out the door!

Baja Cantina
Baja is a staple for Mexican dining in Park City. Hosting a fun, family atmosphere, diners enjoy fresh Mexican classics with a Park City twist. This is a Park City staple for après ski as well as giant breakfast burriots that will keep you busy for the lift ride up the mountain. The Glitretind at Stein Eriksen Lodge
The Glitertind is steeped in history, as it is located in the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Award winning Chef Zane always has inspired seasonal dishes that include many local ingredients and his menu changes seasonally. In the summer months, dining guests enjoy sitting out on their deck that overlooks the stunning scenery of Deer Valley Resort. A family friendly restaurant, located in the Chateaux, Cena offers Italian cuisine, much of which is prepared in their wood-burning oven. Just steps away from the Deer Valley chair lifts, Cena is a great choice for après ski, or après bike.

Deer Valley Seafood Buffet
Although only available in the winter months, this buffet is worth mentioning. Packed to the gills with fresh seafood dishes, oysters, crab, and giant shrimp, the buffet offers guests a chance to sample a variety of seafood favorites. Salt Lake is a hub for Delta airlines, so fresh fish is flown in daily – it’s as if you were sitting at a coastal restaurant watching the fishing boats bring in the days catch and serving it up fresh right before you. Diners will undoubtedly want to save room for dessert, as award winning pastry chef, Letty Flat, will have whipped up some of her favorite decadent treats to end the night on a perfect note.
