December is an exciting month for Park City Utah because it marks the beginning of another wonderful ski season and is the month when many exciting events in Park City take place. This beautiful winter vacation hot spot is always full of bustle and cheer during the month of December. This is especially so during the first week when the Park City Holiday Bazaar is held on the 1st and 2nd day of the month.
From 10 am – 5pm at least 100 vendors set up to offer some of the most unique and exquisite gift ideas not likely to be found elsewhere. Hand crafted items, clothing, jewelry, holiday decorations, gourmet foods, and so much more are all available to help get some of the names crossed off of gift lists. The large number of booths filled with spectacular gift ideas makes it easy to shop for everyone on a Christmas list, even for those who already have it all. Many of these items are unique and one of a kind pieces that are handcrafted by local Park City artisans.
These unique gift items are sure to make this Christmas all the merrier for the lucky people to receive these handcrafted works of art on Christmas morning. The holiday bazaar is not only a great place to shop, but is also a place to enjoy some funky and silly holiday fun. Children will be amazed at the antics of silly Santa and his even sillier elves that are available all day for photos.
Santa’s silly antics and the overall fun theme of this bazaar have turned Park City into Park Silly during this time. In fact the actual event is called the Park Silly Holiday Bazaar and is rather popular among locals, as well as with the regular and first time Utah visitors. There are plenty of activities to keep children occupied and entertained while visiting so this is definitely one of the Park City events that should not be missed out on.
The high school choir and marching band will be playing holiday music to set the mood for shoppers and the PCHS sports teams will be offering food and refreshments as well. Truly, when combining the fun, food, and tremendous shopping opportunities, the Park City Holiday Bazaar could be considered the most exciting place to do holiday shopping this year. Be sure to head to Utah to enjoy the amazing and ever wonderful winter wonderland the first week in December so you can delight everyone on your Christmas list with awesome gifts you are sure to find at the fun Park Silly Sunday Market Holiday Bazaar.
