Deer Valley Comstock Lodge 305 is a log cabin design condo with a true mountain feel. It is within walking distance to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge and Deer Valley lifts, along with the St. Regis and its funicular access. The stop for the free bus is just across the street so you can easily be transported throughout the area including Historic Park City, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction. Enjoy easy access to skiing, dining, and shopping in winter, while summer brings vibrant hiking trails and outdoor adventures.
The condo offers single level living within 1,200 square feet, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, that can easily accommodate up to five guests.
From the community garage, you will take the elevator or stairs to the third floor. A few steps through the hallway, and then you’ll be stepping through the unit’s front door placing you into the great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area, with hardwood floors and lots of natural light.
Living Room: The living room offers mountain furnishings, including full-size size sofa sleeper, 55” Smart TV with cable programming, and a gas fireplace with a river rock front.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and island bar with a wood counter and seating for two.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for up to six.
The main great room also provides access the private deck with barbeque grill, outdoor sectional sofa and a new private hot tub.
