Deer Valley Deer Lake 2413 is a wonderful townhome situated amongst the mature trees in lower Deer Valley. You will be less than a mile from Deer Valley Resort and the St. Regis hotel, and Park City’s Main Street is just a mile and a half away. You’ll find a walking path and a lovely lake right out the back door and in the area.  It is just a short walk to the shuttle stops for the free bus that can take you throughout the area in Deer Valley, Historic Park City, Canyons Village at Park City and Kimball Junction. Please note this vacation rental requires a five-night minimum stay.

This home offers two levels, a spacious 2,030 square feet, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and plenty of room to easily sleep up to eight guests.

You will enter this townhome from the garage or front door into the main level great room with living room, kitchen and dining area. This area offers an open feel with its vaulted ceiling with access to the back patio with wooded and lake views.

Skier Shuttle: The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from the Snow Park Lodge during your stay. Making it easy to get to and from the slopes. 

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings. a cozy gas fireplace and lots of natural light.
