The Space  

Living Areas
Enter through the private garage and head up into the main-level great room, where the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen all flow together in an open layout. Vaulted ceilings, rich timber accents, and large windows frame the Deer Valley slopes, while a river rock gas fireplace anchors the room for cozy evenings in. This is where evenings naturally unfold: a fire glowing, music playing softly in the background, and friends or family chatting at the island while dinner simmers on the stove. Upstairs, an additional lounge offers a more playful hangout with a pool table and access to outdoor space, creating a separate zone for games, movie nights, and late-night conversations.  

Kitchen & Dining
The gourmet kitchen is designed for easy mountain living, with ample counter space, quality appliances, and a central island that doubles as a prep station and gathering spot. Whether you are putting together a big ski-day breakfast or a simple après spread, everything you need is close at hand.  

Just off the kitchen, the dining area offers comfortable seating for group meals that linger into game night. Combined with the adjacent great room, it creates one cohesive space where everyone can stay connected, whether they are cooking, eating, or relaxing by the fire.  

Upper Level Lounge & Utility Spaces  
On the upper level, the lounge is all about fun and downtime, featuring a pool table and direct access to outdoor space. It is a favorite spot for friendly competitions, card games, or simply sneaking away with a drink to watch the sunset. Then move into the private dry sauna to fully thaw out and relax tired legs.  

A full laundry room and gear storage in the garage help keep everything organized so you can focus on your time together instead of managing bags and equipment.  

Outdoor Living  
After a day on the mountain, the best moments happen back at home. Step into your private hot tub and look out toward Deer Valley’s runs as the sky turns pink and the lights flicker on across the slopes. 

Between the deck, hot tub, grill, and dry sauna, après ski here feels like your own private spa night rather than a crowded bar scene. In summer, nearby walking paths and a small lake in Lower Deer Valley—just a short stroll away—offer peaceful morning loops and evening walks in the fresh mountain air.
