Entering through the private garage, you’ll find a spacious entry area leading into the main living floor, where tall ceilings, natural light, and warm tones create a welcoming atmosphere.

The main living area on the second floor features contemporary furnishings, a 50" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace — perfect for cozy nights in after a day of skiing or hiking. Outdoor Features & Amenities

Step outside to the private hot tub located on the top floor, accessible through the upstairs kitchen doors — just to the left once outside. The hot tub overlooks the surrounding mountains, creating the perfect spot to unwind. Please keep the cover on when not in use, as temperatures can drop significantly at night.

Note: Heber City enforces a noise ordinance after 10:00 PM, and tickets may be issued for excessive noise.
