Outside the front door, a convenient bench and storage area provide space for your shoes and boots. Inside, the bright and open-concept living area boasts high ceilings and breathtaking views of Jordanelle Reservoir, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

The living room showcases a contemporary design with luxurious furnishings, including a plush sofa and comfortable barrel swivel chairs, a gas fireplace, and a 75” LG Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air and picturesque surroundings.


 


Kitchen:


For those who love to cook, the modern chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a drip/pod combo coffee maker. The stylish stone countertops and center island with bar seating for two make meal prep a delight.

The adjacent dining area seats up to seven guests with a combination of cushioned chairs and a bench, surrounded by natural light.

The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, a 75” LG Smart TV, a workspace, and a closet with built-in shelving, with easy access to a full shared bathroom


 


The third bedroom (bunk room) is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a 75” LG Smart TV, a desk and chair, and a spacious double-door closet. This room also has access to the shared bathroom.


 


The full shared bathroom provides a dual-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
