This two-level home offers 4,400 square feet, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. With three en suite bedrooms and a thoughtfully designed bunk room, there’s ample space for families or groups to spread out and relax.

Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Samsung Smart TV, or simply take in the panoramic views through the slider doors that lead to the partial wrap-around deck. The space is perfect for entertaining, featuring a cocktail and wine bar with a wine fridge.

Kitchen:

For the aspiring chef, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream. Outfitted with Thermador stainless steel appliances, an Italian 8-burner gas range with double ovens, a large center island with seating for four, and a butler’s pantry, you’ll have everything you need to create memorable meals. Step out onto the back patio to use the built-in BBQ to grill up your favorites.

Gather around the stone dining table that seats eight situated next to the cozy, open fireplace, all while enjoying spectacular views.

King Suite 2 (Main Level): Plush king bed adorns this space along with a Samsung Smart TV.  The en suite bathroom boasts gorgeous finishes, a heated floor, dual sinks and a spacious self-steam tile and glass shower.

King Suite 3 (Lower Level): Get a good night’s sleep in the plush king bed or be entertained before bed with the Samsung Smart TV. There is a private bathroom with two sinks, a soothing self-steam shower, and heated flooring. Open the blinds to enjoy the view or step out onto the front patio with adirondack seating and stunning views.

Bunk Room (Lower Level): Custom-built bunk beds with two twin-over-twin sets and one full-over-full set. Perfect for younger guests, with access to a full shared bathroom featuring an oversized double-faucet sink, large self-steam shower and a heated floor.

There is a convenient half bath on the main level.

Enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas, including the front deck off the main level, a front deck off the King Suite 1, and a lower-level patio with adirondack seating.
