This new one-level condominium offers so many features and amenities within its spacious 2,753 square feet.  The property encompasses four bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in true style and comfort.

 

After parking in the underground community parking garage, you’ll take the elevator up to the condo. From the front door entryway, you will step into the home’s modern design great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with hardwood floors throughout, along with an open and airy ambiance.

 

Living Room: This room boasts contemporary furnishings including a spacious sectional sofa, a warm gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV service. The adjacent private balcony offers lounge chairs, a BBQ grill and awesome views of the surrounding area.
