30-DAY MIN RENTAL This Park City Bear Hollow Escape is just that: a true “escape” from the ordinary! This home offers a spacious 2,700 square feet and three levels. It has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
In the grand master bedroom, you will sleep well in the king size bed. There’s also a 40” Samsung TV/DVD for your viewing pleasure. The private bathroom has dual sinks, a soothing jetted tub and a separate tile shower.
The second master has a queen size bed, a 40” Samsung TV, and a full private bathroom complete with separate jetted tub and shower, and dual sinks.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a 40” Samsung TV and access to a fully appointed bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a “bunk room” with two twin over twin bunk beds and a 40” Samsung TV, with access to a full bathroom.
The main living area features a spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a Samsung TV complete with a Sony Blu-Ray DVD system. You will also enjoy gorgeous surrounding views from the numerous windows!
The kitchen is a wonderful space for any chef. It is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, and granite countertops. There is a convenient kitchen bar and a separate dining area with seating for six. Enjoy the adjacent deck where you will find lovely patio furniture and a barbeque grill — perfect for the outdoor meals!
On the first level private patio, sit back and enjoy the private hot tub. Other conveniences of the home include a laundry room and a two-car garage.
The Bear Hollow community offers a range of wonderful amenities. There’s the clubhouse that has a fully equipped fitness center and a large hot tub, along with a season pool. Other seasonal amenities include a putting green, basketball court and soccer field.
