With its distinctive Victorian architecture and it’s “Old Town” location directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, Empire House is a local treasure just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. There are just 12 coveted units in Empire House and only two that offer two bedrooms and two baths, making 1A a perfect winter and summer retreat for couples, families and other groups of seven or fewer.
Open the front door and you are greeted by Park City Mountain. 1A is a three-minute walk to the base area, including the “First Time”, “Crescent” and “Payday” lifts. No loading or parking hassles, no fumbling with gear on stairs or an elevator. Just put on your gear and go. If you’re a mountain biker, access the entire Park City Mountain trail system via the Crescent Lift, a one-minute ride out your front door. Need to rent a bike or skis?
