And if you want to venture further, hop on a free bus at the Old Town Transit Center just across Swede Alley to go to just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley, the Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction. So, no rental car is needed with this property!

 

This bright and airy studio condo features 385 square feet, a newly renovated kitchen featuring a full-size induction range, modern dishwasher, brand-new refrigerator/freezer, and bar seating for four. Fully equipped with a microwave, waffle maker, toaster, instant pot, slow cooker, blender, and hand mixer. Additionally, the condo features one full bathroom, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.

 

You will access this fifth-floor condo via the Galleria Mall and private access to the building’s elevator and stairs. Stepping through the front door will put you in the studio main living/sleeping area.

 

Main Living/Sleeping Area: This space has a comfy sofa, ottomans and a 45” Roku Smart TV. Remove the sofa cushions for access to the queen-size Murphy bed. There are also two XL twin Murphy beds and easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and mountain views.

 

Kitchen: Fully remodeled in 2023 the modern kitchen provides all the equipment and utensils needed for your delicious creations. There is smaller-size gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker), microwave, and bar seating for two.

 

Bathroom:  The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo

 

Community Amenities: Enjoy the large community rooftop deck that features a natural gas BBQ, tables and chairs, with views overlooking Main Street, along with ski resort views.
