Perfect setting for our retreat
Our company held a professional women’s retreat at this Old Town Park City home, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. Powderhaus was one of the best vacation rentals in Park City I have ever stayed at, and I will be returning! Can’t recommend this home and this location enough for any group gathering. We were nestled at the quiet end of Daly Avenue, where all sorts of trails begin, mountains and greenery surrounded us. We started our mornings with easy hiking at the Daly Trailhead which was literally steps away. We did not need our rental car at all, evening summer strolls to lively Main Street were such a treat. Couldn’t have picked a more beautiful and perfect spot for our retreat.
The house itself was gorgeous: impeccably clean, appointed with all we’d ever need, rich wood floors, generous leather couches for lounging and décor creating a luxury mountain feel. We used every gathering space – the main living room, the wet bar, the lower-level den, the outdoor decks. Beautiful private bedrooms, heavenly beds – despite the high altitude, we slept amazingly well.
We used the hot tub for moon-lit nights under the stars on the top level. The elevator came in handy for luggage and grocery deliveries. We did some cooking and also had private chefs at the house, which were recommended by the property manager. The property management people responded immediately to the minor questions we had – which were a question about the garage, and checking ahead for certain condiments in the kitchen that I thought we would need. Can’t recommend Powderhaus enough!
