This single-level retreat spans 1,000 square feet and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests.

From there, step into the building lobby and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where a bright, open living space welcomes you home. Whether you’re visiting for world-class skiing, summer mountain adventures, or the vibrant festivals and events Park City has to offer, this condo provides the perfect home base for your year-round getaway.





Living Room: Designed with a lodge aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a Smart TV and plenty of games. Step onto the balcony, offering breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, kettle, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.



Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table comfortably seats up to six and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.
