Park City Parkite 31 is a stunning luxury condominium located right on Park City’s Historic Main Street where you can enjoy the true spirit of the town. And you can easily jump on the free Trolley for a quick ride down to Park City Town Lift for ski access; or take the free bus from the Old Town Transit Center to just about anywhere in Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.
The condominium offers single-level living, with 1,721 square feet, two master suites (each with an en suite bathroom), an additional half bathroom, and the space to sleep up to eight guests in luxury and comfort.
After being greeted at The Parkite underground garage entrance to receive access to your designated parking space, you will take an elevator to the third floor condo. There is also access to the building directly from Main Street.
