This wonderful condo boasts 1,490 square feet, one bedroom, one loft room, and two full bathrooms. All to sleep up to four guests in comfort.

When you first step into this home, you’ll be greeted by the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This area features hardwood flooring throughout, a vaulted ceiling, and spectacular golf course and mountain views.

Living Room: Features plush sectional and armchair, a cozy gas fireplace, work desk, and  50” Samsung Smart TV with Sonos speaker. 

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including double ovens, ice maker, gorgeous stone countetrops, and bar seating for three.

Dining Room: Seating for four and access to the back patio overlooking the golf course, with BBQ grill, outdoor furnishings, and amazing views.  

Bedroom/Bathrooms
Master bedroom (main level) – King bed and en suite bathroom includes a soothing shower.
Loft Room (upper level) – King bed and private full bathroom with a shower and double sinks. 

Community Amenities
The community clubhouse, located right next door, offers a full kitchen, sitting area, table/chairs, fireplace, mens/womens locker rooms with a sauna, a year-round heated pool and hot tub.
