It’s now shoulder season, also known as “mud” season here in Park City. In anticipation of the upcoming summer months, several area restaurants are taking advantage of this slower time to close down for a few days or weeks.
Here’s a look at some of the restaurant closings and spring/summer hours.
Baja Cantina – Closed April 17 to May 16
Bandits — Closed April 11 to May 26
Bistro 412 — Closed April 11 to May 26
Bistro 412 Club — Limited hours Thursday through Saturday, with regular hours returning May 27
Cena — Closed April 11 to May (TBD)
Chimayo — Closed on Sundays and Mondays April 17 to June 27
Cisero’s Restaurant and Cisero’s Nightclub— Closed Tuesdays and Wednes through May 25

Bald Mountain Pho: Closing April 3
The Brass Tag: Open as normal
Cushing Cabin: Closing April 10
EBS Lounge: Closing April 10
Empire Restaurant: Closing April 10
Fireside Dining: Closing April 2
Grocery Café: Open as normal
The Mariposa: Closing April 2
Royal Street Café: Dinner ends April 2, lunch ends April 10

The Farm — Reopening for lunch and dinner in mid June

Nelson Cottage — Closed for pre fixe May 1 through June 4
Red Tail Grill — Lunch and dinner only from April 3 until summer
