Any visitor to Park City learns, by the end of their stay, how to savor the summer here in the mountains. A grand event hosted by the Park City Restaurant Association, you’ll spend an evening enjoying amazing cuisine, great conversation, and fantastic music! Savour the Summit Takes Place June 23rd in Park City!
First, choose the restaurant you would like to savur! There are many participating, and menu prices range from $40 to $150 per person. There are still a few restaurants with seating available, so be sure to visit the Savour The Summit website to view what is still available. If your usual favorite is sold out, this is a great opportunity to try something new! And really, every option is a great one – plus you’re dining under the stars sitting at a beautiful table located smack in the middle of Main Street in a world class ski town – it doesn’t get much better than that!
Get ready to experience the Grand Table! Traffic on Main Street is stopped for the evening, and one long table is set straight down the middle of the street. It’s pretty amazing to see! Each participating restaurant has their own designated area and table space, and each restaurant designs their experience to reflect their restaurant and dining atmosphere. Many add small lounge areas to relax in away from the table. This is truly the most unique dining experience in the Rockies! Each restaurant offers their own special menu for the evening, and most offer wine pairings to boot if you decide to indulge.
Pimps of Joytime – Get ready to Get Your Groove On!
This open air celebration is a delightful way to truly ring in the summer months in Park City! Aside from the wine being served to diners at the table, at 4PM, a spirits garden will open for all to enjoy! The Park City Magazine Spirit Garden will be located at the intersection of Heber Avenue and Main and will serve an array of Treasury Estate Wines and a wide selection of Wasatch and Squatters Beers. While sitting in the spirits garden, revelers will enjoy the groovy musical stylings of Brooklyn based “Pimps of Joytime”. The Dan Weldon Duo and Silver Spoon will also be performing. The music line-up is as follows:
4:00 – 5:30pm Dan Weldon Duo
6:00 – 7:30pm Silver Spoon
8:00pm Pimps of Joytime
Lovely Fawngrove Located in Deer Valley
After you Savour the Summit, a perfect way to cap off the evening is to stay at Deer Valley. There is no greater luxury than a night of fine dining, and an evening spent at a luxury Deer Valley property.
