Jordanelle State Park
The Jordanelle Reservoir and State Park is about a 15-minute drive from Park City and is a very picturesque area. It is a manmade reservoir where you can enjoy not only kayaking, but many other water sports as well. Locals say one of the best Park City kayaking areas of the reservoir is the Rock Cliff area, where you can enjoy the scenery and can even catch glimpses of local wildlife and birds.

Provo and Weber Rivers
Both the Provo and Weber Rivers are very popular areas for those who would like to try their hand at kayaking. Both are just a short drive away from Park City. There are several area adventure companies that you can book a rafting/kayaking excursion with, including:
