Offering seasons of fun, our summer and fall visitors might want to plan a Wednesday afternoon escape to the Park City Farmers Market, located at 1315 Lowell Avenue. Open on Wednesday afternoons only from mid-June through the last week of October, venturing through the aisles, picking up fresh produce, baked goods, or little gifts for your less fortunate friends who had to stay home is the perfect midweek pick-me-up as it helps you plan out the meals for the days you will be dining in. Social distancing rules are in effect, and if you forgot to bring your own mask, they offer some unique bandanas for sale to use in its place! And because eating healthy is a good thing but you may not want to eat every meal at home, Park City is home to the Twisted Fern, located at 1300 Snow Creek Drive, Suite RS. Featuring menus that are ever-changing, they create meals that are locally sourced and unexpectedly delicious. Let’s be honest here, it’s extremely difficult to deliver a meal that is good for you and tastes good, but the ingenious folks at the Twisted Fern have managed to do both!
We Love the Night Life
Of course, not every vacation is going to be a family one, and if you have yet to start your family or if you have the opportunity to leave the littles behind, you are probably eager to experience the best nightlife that Park City has to offer! During the Sundance Film Festival in January and February, the nightlife sizzles with the light of a thousand stars, as “major movie stars” come out to promote their blockbusters and party the nights away while they do! Tickets for the various events and movie releases are easy to come by, just visit the Sundance website and search for whatever excites you most! But not every vacation takes place during the right time period, and that’s ok; Park City’s nightlife is hot, and the options are endless! From the sweet country charm of No Name Saloon at 447 Main Street to the glitzy appeal of Tao Nightclub, 819 Main Street, there are plenty of opportunities for visitors to put on their dance shoes and let their hair down for a night of hard partying!
