Bellevue is a lovely subdivision comprising just 14 homes in Upper Deer Valley. These homes are all located on Bellevue Court, which is located just off of Silver Lake Drive. This neighborhood is one of the many popular “Belles” developments found throughout Deer Valley Resort. Bellevue was built between 1994 and 1996. Each of these vacation homes in Park City at the development include between four to six bedrooms with about 3,300 to 5,600 square feet of living space.

Take a Tour of the Inside of These Vacation Homes in Park City
And even though the name of the neighborhood indicates the homes are beautiful (which they are!), our homes are not just designed to look beautiful, they are designed to be functional as well, and a tour of the inside is the best way to show how we manage to do both so well! As the door swings open, in many of our Bellevue homes you will find wood floors that lead the way to rooms rich in design and function, such as kitchens with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, all beautiful to the eye and built to be used. Bake cookies in the Viking oven, store your chilled wine in the Sub-Zero freezer, and gather around the granite counters to discuss the adventures of the day as you snack on the cookies still warm from the oven.
In the living room, stone fireplaces keep you warm and enormous HD flat screen televisions allow you to enjoy a family movie night on those evenings you decide to stay in! The bedrooms are larger than some of our employee’s first apartments; many of these bedrooms come standard with their own sitting area and fireplaces that serve as a romantic centerpiece as they keep you warm on the coldest of Park City nights. The bathrooms are spacious and spa-like, containing everything a bathroom needs and even more items that our souls need; the deep soaking tubs will have you second guessing ever stepping outside the bathroom doors, but we hope that you do venture out once in a while!
So Much to Do!
The homes in Bellevue all enjoy ski-in, ski-out access and of course, spectacular view of Park City along with the surrounding mountains, and amazing views overlooking Park City and distant mountains. Be sure to spend some time just sitting out on the deck, soaking in the views; the therapeutic effects will stick with you long after you’ve returned home! And the fun continues.
Bellevue is a ski-in, ski-out community because one of Deer Valley’s ski run drops down from the resort and runs along the edge of the development. Five of the Bellevue homes are directly on the Deer Valley ski run, and residents of the other homes can easily walk over to the run for ski access. Theoretically you never have to go far from home, but we’re thinking you will want to every so often.
Bellevue is just a couple of minutes away from Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village where you can find well-know restaurants such as The Mariposa with its extensive and delicious wine list and Royal Street Café and its creative menu that includes a healthy and tasteful bison burger. There are also ski rentals (because skis are difficult to travel with) and boutique shops (looking beautiful is easy when you shop in these stores!) in this village area as well. Park City’s Historic Main Street is just minutes away where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, bars and more. Offering a small-town look that combines a cosmopolitan city feel, our favorite mountain home features the best of both worlds.
