For authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine, you simply cannot go wrong with a stop by The Border Foodtruck. This food truck has been so popular that they even opened up a second location in the area! You may not imagine that Utah typically offers incredible Mexican food, but The Border Foodtruck cannot be beat.
They offer all your favorite Mexican dishes that are delicious to eat and easy to take down too. You will find typical favorites such as burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and tacos on the menu. Choose your protein for your entrée that can include steak, al pastor with pineapple, spicy pork, chicken, and veggies. You will also find mulitas and carne asada fries on the menu too that are a local favorite.
The Border Foodtruck also features classic American comfort foods too that are just as delicious. Their selection of burgers features all of the classic toppings and also add on additional toppings too such as avocado, bacon, pineapple, and ham. The Philly cheese steak and bacon wrapped hot dogs are great when you are on the top and need something fast to eat.
Finally, you will find some delicious dessert options too such as churros, ice cream, and shakes. Find them at Junction Commons (formerly the Outlets) at 6699 N Landmark Dr. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Lush’s Tennessee BBQ
If you want delicious BBQ in Park City everyone knows you need to hit up Lush Tennessee BBQ for delicious smoked BBQ. Their restaurant in Park City has been a local favorite now and continues to thrive. Lush Tennessee BBQ also offers their food truck out in Kamas on Sundays if you happen to be in the area exploring.
When you stop by Lush you will be offered a variety of choices for their delicious BBQ. Choose from ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken wings, or fried chicken. You can order the meat on its own or have a sandwich. The plates are a great option of smoked meat along with 2 sides.
We all know half the fun of eating out at BBQ joints is trying out their delicious sides. Lush Tennessee BBQ offers a variety of sides to choose from too including fries, tots, slaw, smoked beans, mashed potatoes, corn bread, collard greens, and more. Eli’s Kitchen
The locals of Park City really love their Mexican food so you will find Eli’s Kitchen also stepping up to the challenge of offering some of the best food in the city. Eli’s Kitchen is a cash only food truck located in Park City. Owner Elizabeth is from the Michoacan region of Mexico and brings her experience to Eli’s Kitchen along with other restaurants here in the city.
This Park City food truck offers some favorite Mexican dishes at a great price. You will find plenty of delicious food to dive into including burritos, tacos, quesadillas, huaraches, nachos, sopes, tortas, and quesabirrias. All the tortillas are grilled prior to serving and each dish to made fresh. The dipping sauces including guacamole and the house salsa are a must have to include with your dish.
Eli’s Kitchen is open 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can find the truck located at 1725 Uinta Way in Park City (near the Chevron/Uinta Way area).
