Park Silly Sunday Market
You do not need a serious name to have a blast and Park Silly Sunday Market knows the deal. Park Silly Sunday Market is a weekly farmers market taking place in Park City this summer. This event continues year to year with acclaim as locals and visitors alike can browse the wares of local vendors and artisans. Expect to see plenty of locally foraged produce, nuts, soap, arts and crafts, candy, and much more that is locally produced.
The Park Silly Sunday Market is a great way to shop locally to support the community and find some unique gifts to bring back home. The Park Silly Sunday Market runs select Sundays including June 7, 14, 21, 28; July 12, 19; August 30; and throughout September.
Park City Kimball Arts Festival
Get ready for the biggest arts festival in Park City this summer with the annual Park City Kimball Arts Festival. This annual event features 200 artists who are invited from all over the world to participate. This is one of the top arts festivals in the country and will be a hit.
The festival takes place at the Kimball Arts Center and along Main Street where artists will be stationed. Come see some incredible art be made right in front of your eyes along with purchasing a variety of arts and crafts. Live music will be offered on two outdoor stages for typical festival rocking.
You can also find local food trucks and vendors on hand for tasting food. This year’s Park City Kimball Arts Festival will take place from August 7th through August 9th, 2026. Tickets usually go on sale in early summer; check the Kimball Art Center website for local resident discounts.
Miner’s Day
Park City has its roots in mining as the city was founded for the rich mountains that surround it. Each year Miner’s Day has taken place to honor the mining heritage in the city and showcase some fun activities. The event includes a lively parade, live demonstrations of mining activities, and the exciting The Running of the Balls that takes place on Historic Main Street.
The Running of the Balls is especially popular and Historic Main Street is expected to be a giant gathering of locals and visitors. Miner’s Day takes place September 7th, 2026 closing out the summer season.
Deer Valley Music Festival
The summer season is a great time to enjoy some live music and Park City is the place to do it. Park City hosts the Deer Valley Music Festival each year and has been a blast for each occasion. This year’s event will be the 22nd annual Deer Valley Music Festival and will showcase the Utah Symphony. What makes the event so special is the Utah Symphony partners with guest artists for incredible shows like no other.
The Deer Valley Music Festival has already started and continues throughout the end of July for a month-long series of events. Upcoming concerts that are part of the festival include Beethoven’s Ninth, Mozart’s “Jupiter”, and Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite & String Trio “Time for Three”. Some concerts will even feature big name acts such as Lyle Lovett (July 31), Chris Botti (August 1), and Idina Menzel (August 8) for live music events like no other.
Concerts take place at a variety of venues with most being held at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheatre. Individual tickets are on sale now so do not wait so you can find the best seats in the venue!
Deer Valley Concert Series
Not to be confused with the Deer Valley Musical Festival, the Deer Valley Concert Series is a separate event also filled with live musical performances over the summer season.
While the Music Festival features the Utah Symphony, the Concert Series (presented by The State Room Presents) typically focuses on independent touring acts with a focus on folk, rock, and bluegrass.
The 2026 series brings a diverse range of talent to the mountains. This season’s schedule features:
