Powder

It’s no secret that Park City is a big ski town. From the first resorts to the Winter Olympics in the early 2000’s, people flock to our town every winter to get the chance to experience two different types of powder. One, of course, is the snow on the slopes, covering the ground in a blanket of white and providing entertainment for hours; the other, however, is an upscale restaurant providing an elegant option for après ski dining. Both powder and Powder will enhance your experience in Park City—keep reading for more information on the tasteful one!

Powder Park City: Located at Frostwood Drive

The views of the gorgeous Utah countryside from inside this elegant eatery are a part of what makes the Powder restaurant so special. Cheerful, soothing, calming, and serene, they understand completely if you lose track of your words when glancing at the scene outside! Inside, low lighting, warm wood flooring, and cheerfully bright leather seating combine to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and inviting. Wood paneled walls, a full bar that includes a wine room, and the occasional deer antler décor pieces complete the picture of this classic dining experience.

It’s on the Menu

Powder Park City is open every day of the week from 7AM until 10PM, this cozy and intimate establishment offers a large and varied meal selection. Start your morning out right with smashed avocado toast or brioche French toast, munch on fish tacos or a juicy burger for lunch, and end the evening with a Guajillo Rubbed Buffalo Tenderloin. Eating your way through Powder’s menu offers comfort with an elegant twist. Sunday brunch features a smoked brisket sandwich, and the bar serves bar bites that include oysters and a choriqueso nacho dish that will rock your world; how can you go wrong with a dish that starts with chorizo and piles on the beans, citrus onions, jalapeños, and poblano crema?

Their drink menu includes classics such as the Hemingway, Dark & Stormy, and of course red or white wine. Craft beers on tap, domestic in bottles, and their modern takes on cocktails feature basil pomegranate martinis, a Park City Sidecar, and a blackberry bramble. The “mixologists” on staff at the Powder restaurant, however, are trained and knowledgeable and can prepare just about any drink you challenge them with!
