Just cross the street, down a flight of stairs and a few steps to Historic Main Street, where you can take in all the world-class shopping, restaurants and of course, the stellar nightlife! The Old Town Transit Center is also just steps away where you can hop on a free bus to take you just about anywhere in Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.

 

This multi-level townhome offers 1,964 square feet with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.

 

From the exterior stairway, you will enter home through the front door, which will put you directly into the living room. Then a half staircase will put you into the dining and kitchen areas.

 

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a sectional sofa and reclining chair, a Smart TV with cable programming, and a warm wood-burning fireplace. You’ll have access to the private balcony with some great views as it overlooks Old Town.  

 

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric range, a walk-in pantry, and lovely granite countertops. There is access to a small balcony where you’ll find a gas BBQ grill.

 

Dining Room: The dining area has seating for up to six diners and kitchen bar seating for two.

 

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master bedroom (middle level)— King size bed, desk (in case you need to catch up on some work), Old Town views, and the en suite bathroom offers a jetted tub/shower combo.

 

Bedroom 2 (upper level)King size bed, access to a shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo and access to the hot tub room.
