One of the best adventure activities in the Park City area is horseback riding. You’ll ride along some of the most beautiful trails in the area taking you past lush forests, past pristine lakes, and of course, the spectacular views. Often, you’ll also be able to catch a glimpse or two of local wildlife including deer, elk and moose.

Boulder Mountain Ranch at Deer Valley

This adventure starts just 10 minutes from Park City’s Main Street. Choose from rides that will take you through the mountains or through the spectacular view of the Jordanelle Reservoir as well as the Uinta Mountains. The Canyons

Horseback rides from the Canyons stables depart throughout the day, and you can choose the hour long, hour and a half or four-hour lunch tour. You’ll start at the Canyons’ Welcome Center, where you’ll take an ATV ride to the stables. You’ll ride through woods, alongside clear lakes, and more.
