Owner Elizabeth is from the Michoacan region of Mexico and brings her experience to Eli’s Kitchen along with other restaurants here in the city. This Park City food truck offers some favorite Mexican dishes at a great price. You will find plenty of delicious food to dive into including burritos, tacos, quesadillas, huaraches, nachos, sopes, tortas, and quesabirrias. All the tortillas are grilled prior to serving and each dish to made fresh. The dipping sauces including guacamole and the house salsa are a must have to include with your dish. Eli’s Kitchen is open 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can find the truck located at 1725 Uinta Way in Park City.
